Long term sustainability is gained by flexibility, which allows the dwellings to grow and shrink. The bubilding consist of individually owned spatial units, which can be combined into larger dwellings or divided into separate small dwellings or work spaces. This is made possible by a stairwell solution that work either as an internal stair for a dwelling or as a shared stairwell (yellow).
